Iskander and Mike explain why we are looking for a content editor and why it is important.

Hi 👋

We are Revealbot — our product helps marketing teams through automation and creative solutions. Now we're transforming our brand with Revealbot becoming Birch.

The advertising market is on the move, and we're dancing right along with it. Embracing this change with a fresh new look, we're not just tweaking our logo — we're discovering new ways to grow. We want to create a media with our content.

Our language needs to evolve as we expand our audience from technical advertising professionals to creative individuals. We aim to find an authentic, intelligent, engaging and sincere style and language and are looking for someone to help shape our content to reflect our values and new positioning.

🌍 Who are we?

We’re a remote-first team of friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We’ve built one successful product (Revealbot) and now transitioning to a broader vision (Birch). We hire globally and love meeting offline: last October we were in Barcelona, the year before in Istanbul. Here’s our team’s Instagram that can show you more of who we are. We are a spicy mix of different cultures and backgrounds.

🧑‍🎤 Who are you?

• You enjoy and excel at storytelling. You love telling stories through content and can transform even the most complex narratives into entertainment.
• You have experience building a content strategy from scratch, creating or adapting tone of voice, and defining ideas, goals, channels, and messages for the content.
• You’ve managed small teams that did all content production in-house without agencies or outsourcing.
• You have advanced writing skills and a deep passion for the craft. You can humanize technical text, align it with people's values, write journalistically, and infuse artistry into language.
• You have a high level of English proficiency; it is natural for you to write in it and use it in your work.
• You understand how to collaborate with other authors, finalize someone else's work, and provide constructive feedback that motivates people to move in the right direction rather than demotivating them.
• You take having fun seriously.
• You have experience and an interest in working with various content formats, such as blogs, social media, videos and others
